TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Rebelbirdz on www.rebelbirdz.com (in the following referred to as the Webshop), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Rebelbirdz AB, hereinafter referred to as Rebelbirdz. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the Webshop.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Rebelbirdz to the e-mail address you submitted. If our Limited Edition box happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, Rebelbirdz will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. Rebelbirdz reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.
To place an order in the Webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Rebelbirdz presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.rebelbirdz.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
The prices in our Webshop constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs unless specified as free shipping in the checkout or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, customs fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.
Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the Webshop. Payment is currently made in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden, Norwegian Kroner (NOK) for shipments to Norway, British Pound (GBP) for shipments to the UK, Euro (€) for shipments within the European Union and other non-European countries. Payment will be carried out by credit or debit cards, Lindorff Invoice (Norway and Sweden) and Swish (Sweden only) under Bambora Checkout.
For all sales, prior to 10th of December 2018 Rebelbirdz will complete and authorize the payment right away and ship the product as of 10th of December a. The below section are in effect after the 10th of December.
Once you/consumer have completed the payment Rebelbirdz will complete the authorization and payment as soon as we can, generally within 24-48 hours. Once the payment is completed we´ll ship your product accordingly in a reasonable timeframe, usually within 24-48 hours.
Rebelbirdz reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. Rebelbirdz reserves the right to decline a purchase.
Rebeblirdz accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the Webshop. The shipping for this Limited Edtion Box will be from 10th December 2018, with an expected delivery of 2-5 business days depending on location. If you have selected Budbee as an alternative delivery in Sweden only, separate delivery times apply.
Normally the time of delivery within Sweden and Norway is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after 10 December 2018. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri). All shipping costs (free and/or payable) will be specified in the purchase order so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order
PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE
If your parcel sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.
Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.
As a consumer, you may, by local law/Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen), return your order within 14 days from the day you receive your order. You may, however, only return it if the Product is kept in a substantially unchanged condition - sealed and unopened. We ask you to return the complete box in its original packaging. If you have broken the seal on any of the products in the Box, for the sake of hygiene, please note no right of return can be issued.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you smoothly with your return request.
If your item needs to be returned, please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.
You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
If you return a box to us because you have exercised your return right, we will make a refund as soon as possible and within 14 days from the date we received your notice that you wish to exercise the return, provided that we have also received the Box, or you can show that it has been sent back to us. We will then refund the price for the Box, minus any impairment. Depending on your location, you may bear the shipping cost of returning the box to us.
We will reimburse the funds to you using the same method you used to pay to us.
BROKEN PRODUCT OR CLAIM
If you wish to make a claim or you have received a broken box or product, which may happen outside our influence, we are tremendously sorry about this, and we will help you to solve this.
In order for us to assist you, we kindly need to receive a picture of the broken box/product, the image must be sent along with your complaint to email@example.com and we must receive it within 30 days of receipt of the box. Please include your full name and order id. You may also send a written complaint by post to our address (see below).
As soon as we receive the image, we can assist you with any complaint, either by replacing the product or by replacing the overall box.
